Receive parcels:
Please open the parcel in post officer’s presence,If the parcel damaged or empty(stolen),please ask the post office to provide official document ,especially the claim request paper .and please take a complete unpacking video and weight video for everything.
Payment :
the cost of return or lost parcel would be on buyer due to reject the customs clearance,we don’t accept dispute of customs problem.
Sell after service:
1.Items returned within 15days after delivery can be replaced or refund.
